Professional Background:
As Studio Director Tom brings over 20 years of experience to the role. Prior to working with Aufgang he worked at a variety of firms throughout New York City and Westchester County. His passion for residential work started before his college career while working as an apprentice carpenter doing wood framed construction.
Position:
At Aufgang, Tom leads our team in all aspects of the word. From office resource management to evaluation of procedures and internal training, he guides the staff towards meeting growth goals. Beyond the staff, he works towards building client relationships and works closely with our Business and Marketing teams on project procurement. He believes that technology will continue to shape our industry and that we should grow with it while not losing our connection to the fundamental services we must provide as Architects.
