Construction on building A2 of Edgemere Commons will begin this month as reported by @yimbygram. This will be the third building to be constructed of the 11-building, 100% affordable complex. Developed by @tishmanspeyer, this 18-story building will have retail space and 244 dwelling units, 73 of which are supportive housing operated by @brground.
