This shelter is part of the Women In Need (WIN) network, along with the 535 4th Avenue building across the street. It has 134 apartments, each with a bathroom, kitchen, and closets. The first floor has 2,500 sq. ft. of retail space, as well as the shelter’s childcare space and program space. The residents also have access to supportive programs such as career and mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and financial literacy.
