Developed in partnership with Azimuth Development, this project consists of two buildings in the Bronx. 450 has 72 efficiency apartments, 11 1-bd, and 1 2-bd, for a total of 84 units. Aufgang efficiency apartments have full kitchens with standard refrigerators and full bathrooms, with a compact floor layout. Building 409 has 10 stories and 45 residences, amassing 34,442 total square feet. On-site supportive services are provided by Jericho Project.
