This development was constructed in two phases beginning with Phase A at 1164 River Ave and following with Phase B at 1184 River Ave. These two adjacent towers were developed in partnership with MADDD Equities, which also simultaneously developed 1160 River Ave across the street. River Crest consists of 500 residences, 225 of which are designated affordable, 83,650 sq ft of commercial space, and 84 parking spaces. The ground floor is home to DREAM Highbridge Elementary School, occupying a 85,000 sq ft space with capacity to serve students in PK-8. Students have access to a full-size gymnasium and cafeteria, rooftop playspace, and technology lounge.
