Amenities include 24-hour security, an exercise room, laundry room, computer room, community room, tenant and bike storage areas, lounges, and a commercial kitchen. The building is also energy efficient, designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities Standards and Energy Star's Multi-Family High Rise standards.
This transit-oriented development is a short walk away from the 4 train and is also near the B and D trains, several bus lines, and Yankee Stadium. This building was constructed in partnership with MADDD Equities, who also simultaneously developed the River Crest Apartments across the street at 1184 River Ave.
